Task Description
The classes that handle the encoding and decoding of the Telemetry and Command packets are located in the GCS Infrastructure Repository. When these files are imported into other repositories, import errors emerge. To resolve these import issues, a pyproject.toml file can be used (which is what we did with the xbee-python library).
