Revamping NGINX technical specs summary table

Looking at this summary https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/technical-specs/#dynamic-modules it might be useful to format it as an actual table listing all Linux distros on each row and NGINX features/modules on each column and flag each square in between with a tick when supported.

This might improve readability.
