We want a single glossary for NGINX

Description

We currently have glossaries in the following locations:

• docs.nginx.com/nginx-one/glossary
• https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/admin-guide/security-controls/configuring-oidc/#glossary
• https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/glossary/

We also refer to an F5 glossary: https://www.f5.com/glossary

Acceptance criteria

One glossary. All of NGINX.

Stage 1: One glossary in a single markdown file

For a future issue(s):
Stage 2: Decide where to put the glossary, probably with a separate card at docs.nginx.com
Stage 3: Update links as needed

@ChisomUma If you take this issue, slight warning. We have some 'bigger picture' WiP issues that may eventually overwrite the work done here.

But this is an opportunity! It can help you learn how to combine content from different files. And this will make our task easier if/when we do consolidate glossary definitions throughout F5.

Quite possibly. We do not yet know what approach we'll take from a F5 corporate PoV. (F5 owns NGINX) However, if you address this issue, you'll still see the contribution in the log for your GitHub account.
