Add Table to NGINX Agent documentation with supported OpenTelemetry data formats

Overview

As a user of NGINX Agent, I want a table detailing what OpenTelemetry data formats are currently supported by NGINX Agent so that I can better know which versions of NGINX Agent will fit my use cases

Description

This change adds a new table to the technical specifications page in the NGINX Agent documentation page to highlight which OpenTelemetry data formats are currently supported.
