POC: Add automation test for OIDC functionality

UACs:

• will require setting up a persistent account in 3rd party provider preferably Azure AD
• make sure the test runs nightly only as to avoid spamming the provider
• integrate in CI

UACs:

• will require setting up a persistent account in 3rd party provider preferably Azure AD: tested 3 options (Okta, AzureAD/Entra and keycloak). Okta and keycloak is preferred because of access restrictions with Azure/Entra

• make sure the test runs nightly only as to avoid spamming the provider: this test must be written using a UI framework which can easily plug into out framework(playwright is preferred option using a headless browser) and will only be ran nightly using a marker (invoked from pytest script)

• integrate in CI: should be added to nightly suite as usual
