Python high-level test for reworked OIDC example

Overview

The goal of this story is to ensure that the oidc pytest is updated to the new way for OIDC.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update existing oidc example pytest to now use zone_sync ConfigMap valie instead of the snippets.
