Steps to reproduce

1. Deploy OIDC Example With Helm
2. Check logs for Host Not found
   2025/03/03 14:27:28 [error] 35#35: myrelease-nginx-ingress-controller-replicaset-hl.default.svc.cluster.local could not be resolved (3: Host not found)
