Improve Release Docs automation with tech specs and waf table updates

Docs workflow/script auto updates the releases in the nginx/documentation repo at the moment and whoever is doing release has to manually change the technical specifications and the NIC-WAF table chart as well as the NIC + WAF Helm installation guide to keep them up to date.
