Feature Overview
It is technically possible with static linking of the module, but we haven't given that a lot of thought and not planning to in the immediate future.
The issue exists solely to track the demand.

Known issues:
- Some stdlib APIs we currently use are Unix-only.
noreuseshared zones are not supported on Windows. (Removenoreuseflag from the shared zone #26)
