Bad links in api/index.html

Links in [ngl/api/index.html](https://github.com/nglviewer/nglviewer.github.io/blob/efe53026b05c3e8db42031594cbff0d47242754c/ngl/api/index.html) point to arose.github.io, which I guess has be fully moved to nglviewer.org? I'm getting 404s.

I'm too lazy to fork/clone/PR, but not too lazy to post the issue. 😉
