It looks like the ngrok ingress-controller doesn't support kinds that aren't services
ngrok has only implemented the service implementation, but not the resource one.
Example:
"I want to try and connect this to a kibana kind, but currently the Ingress Controller doesn't want to connect to kinds that aren't services."
