[New Docs]: Code tabs

Information

The docs contain code tabs components to show multiple code files.
This was supported on ngrx.io:

For the new docs (www), we don't have a tabs component.
We should create one, or just split the code snippets for now.

The result of this issue is that:

• a) there is a code tabs component
• b) or, we remove the code tabs in the markdown files
