I don't see the repo working with Docker as Node is way outdated. Although the devcontainer.json's Node is outdated by Angular CLI requirements, it still works.

Expected behavior

Users should encounter no issues when using Docker and GitHub Codespaces.

After playing around, I mostly encounter Error: This command is not available when running the Angular CLI outside a workspace. when I use ng commands. I have found out that Nx does not patch the Angular CLI anymore so essentially no ng commands work anymore. I guess you could remove the "ng: ng" command in the package.json. I don't think the codespace needs to be updated now.

Feel free to update the image to mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/typescript-node:1.0-22-bullseye.
I forgot to do this while updating the node version.
