Description
I have a Riden RD6024 with firmware version v1.38.
When I set the current setpoint to 1 A on the device, it shows in ngscopeclient as 100 mA. If I set it to 200 mA in ngscopeclient, it actually sets it to 2 A.
Voltage is correct both ways.
I haven't yet traced the actual communication, so this could also be an issue with the device. I'll try updating the firmware.
EDIT: I updated the firmware to the latest version (1.40) using the PC app, and behavior is the same (still off by 10x)
And as a feature suggestion, the Riden PSU has both Voltage / Current Setpoints, and additionally you can configure Overvoltage / Overcurrent points, at which it will not just cap but completely turn off the output. It would be useful to also be able to configure these.
