USB TMC truncates long replies (Rigol DS1104Z)

Observed with #1017 , but this is issue of the transport. When querying for wavefor preamble (WAV:PRE?), the reply is 10 field CSV string and it gets truncated to 53 characters. This is not happening over socket/VXI over LAN.

truncated examples (TMC) - always max 53 characters

full examples (socket), ignore different values - often over 53 characters

53 B almost smells like a USB HID payload minus some header, but I have no clue about USBTMC.
