Agreements on Lumberjack direction for 2024

Yesterday, we had a great discussion, and we agreed to the following:

• We will continue releasing major versions of @ngworkers/lumberjack as we experiment with the agnostic core.
• The Agnostic core research and experiments will continue in a separate repo at the @lumberjack-js GitHub org.

Milestones split the subsequent actions to take.

V16

• Deprecate NgModules in favor of standalone API
• Announce that the agnostic core will not be part of version 16 but will be developed in a separate repo.
  • On the GitHub Discussion and PR
• Close the Agnostic Core PR
• Create V16 blog post

V17

• Support string literal union types levels and deprecate Enum levels.
• Create V17 blog post

V18

• Remove NgModules

V19

• Remove Enum levels

Other initiatives

• Support multiversion docs
• Migrate to Astro-based docs (Starlight)

Update

• Create DEV community for blog posts and release notes
