PER_FIELD_REUSE_STRATEGY Support for ScopedAnalyzer

Currently, ScopedAnalyzer is implicitly using GlobalReuseStrategy, but this causes some issues in some of the cases.
So, is it possible to create support for choosing the reuse strategy?

PER_FIELD_REUSE_STRATEGY is being used in ScopedAnalyzer in the main project from java
