generate mapping in order removes possibility to rearrange them

I found in past that the order of foreign keys affects the database query time, because of this I implemented onto event BeforeBindMapping a reorder. This is since commit 5558c0b broken, so last useable version is 2.1.2.

Any chance to revert it?
