Decouple configuration of IObjectsFactory from BytecodeProvider #1671
Description
Objects factory is used to create a majority of the objects in NHibernate.
To be able to provide users a better experience (eg dependency injection) it would be nice to make ObjectsFactory configurable independently of Bytecode provider.
