Unable to create new reference to Google sheets - Previous ones still function

Describe the bug
I am using Google as my source of truth for my cards currently and pulling them in form that. However, at this time there is an issue with adding new references. I have several previous references using this account but the new references are causing issues. I get "Failed to access Google Sheets"

I have tried removing permissions and remaking them.
I tried setting the project override default to google, however, that also gives an error "Failed to access Google Sheets" Again previous ones work. I am in an emulated enviornment where I have been working for a while. I'll try on official Windows x86 later to confirm.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 ARM edition in Parallels
• Version: CardMaker 1.2.0.0

Google changed their policies forcing CardMaker to change how sheets are accessed/added. I basically can no longer get a list of sheets from people's google accounts.

The recommended solution: upgrade to a newer version of CardMaker (a bit scary as much has changed since 1.2) -- https://github.com/nhmkdev/cardmaker/releases (you probably can ignore any of the unstable releases)

Another solution: try to manually add the references to the cmp file (it's an XML file). See the second entry here: #123 (and please make backups before messing with the file)
