Remove the inside cut lines when exporting the crosses #173

Please describe your feature request.
When exporting with the crosses/cut lines only include those on the edges of the page. This applies only to PDF export.

On PDF export it might be more appropriate to just create proper cut lines. The current crosses draw functionality is at the card level and not as appropriate (too much tracking and potential garbage code [more than usual 🤣 ] might be required).
