Lowercase and Init cap functions

Please describe your feature request.
There is currently a function but no corresponding functions for making text lowercase, and setting all but the first character to lowercase, and then the first character uppercase

Add functions for and or

This will be supported in the next pre-release/release build (v.1.5.0.0-unstable.v.a3 or later)
