Support Waveform Reads/Writes #24
Description
Right now, there isn't a way to get timing information with reads.
Other parts of the "waveform" part of the API
- Waveform Writes
- Setting timing according to dt
- Duration reads (specifying amount of data by length of time rather than sample count)
