A request about updating the plugin to make it support the new ATAK

as the tlile , i like the plugin and want to use it with newer atak
also, the MS will stop the use of bingMAP API in not far futrue,so maybe a update was needed

I installed the plugin,but somehow the ATAK could not load the pulgin,and no any error displayed
