One day event in agenda view

In the agenda view, events that last a full day (but without specific times) are displayed over two days.

When we give specific times, it's ok. They are displayed over one day.
But sometimes, we don't want to give a specific time

Hi, I want to work on this issue. I will reproduce the problem with all-day events and adjust the date logic so they appear as one-day events in the agenda view.
