Deprecate Python 3.9 #953
Description
Python 3.9 is End Of Life now. We can deprecate this version in the tests. You will still be able to install the open-web-calendar with Python 3.9.
- check documentation (/dev/)
- remove from tox, CI, pyproject, ...
Currently, the updates fail because dependencies have deprecated Python 3.9.
