As title stated. Can I use the tool to Flash E1 hub US version?

I got a E1 hub US version with newest firmware, I searched for crack/downgrade the EZ way but no luck. Is it possible to use the tool to flash E1 through USB TTL?

The tool is your hand. You can press the button 5-2-2-2-2-2 to enable the telnet.
The password is empty. After login in, you can flash the firmware which is enabled telnet as default.
