multi-scale alignment document

I'm wondering whether you can point me in the right direction for more information on how the library can be used to generated multi-scale alignment metrics. That is, the default is to get turn-by-turn scores, but I'd also really like to get the alignment of each turn with say, the 10 turns previous to that. Do you have any documentation on how I can get this from ALIGN?
