EFA#135 Refresh of Boatlist sometimes leaves part of the boatlist empty (not refreshed)

Sometimes after start of efaBths, or leaving the admin screen in efaBths, the boatlist gets new data, 
but part of the Boat List is blank (gets no refresh). This is true for the "AVAILABLE" Boats list in most cases, but may affect other boat lists as well.

This is irritating.

Workaround: Scroll in the boat list, select an item in the boat list, apply a filter.
