EFA#142 efa should be able to create desktop shortcuts on its own

Efa will no longer provide a Windows installer.
On Linux systems, there has never been an installer.

So efa should be able to create desktop links for the current installation on its own.
Both for linux and windows systems (don't know if efa is ever used on mac)

For instance

• in the installation wizard
• in efaConfig, "common".

The user should be able to create a desktop shortcut for efaBase as well as efaBths.
