Bluetooth currently playing song info

I couldn't find anywhere answer to this question. Is it possible to get information about currently playing song over bluetooth I would like to make some kind of car stereo and add small oled screen to it. It would be neat if I could get even only a song name.

Returns all metadata about currently playing song, for example:
