After install the application via HomeBrew

Did you really check the FAQ? You probably don't have Homebrew properly installed in /opt/homebrew/bin/brew.

If you installed Homebrew via Rosetta, Homebrew is located in /usr/local/bin/brew. In this case, you can run PHP Monitor via Rosetta. To do this, you can right-click on PHP Monitor.app in Finder, select Get Info and check Open using Rosetta.

I recommend that you properly set up Homebrew, though. If you have any additional information to share, that would be great. You're getting this alert for a reason, however ;)

After reinstalling HomeBrew, Everything works fine.

If you installed Homebrew via Rosetta, Homebrew is located in /usr/local/bin/brew

Yes, I installed HomeBrew via Rosetta a long time ago.
