Issue running with Re4son kernel

Has anyone had issues trying to run probemon with the re4son kernel. I have an adaptor running monitor mode, once I have installed re4son kernel (well according to iwconfig) - but when I go to run probemon, it just hangs.

Code works fine if I use another adaptor which doesn't require re4son kernel to push into monitor mode.

Anyone else had this issue?
