Manual Changes Not Seen

Hello,

If I make a manual change (via Web UI) to an elastic agent profile then run terraform plan, I get "No changes. Your infrastructure matches the configuration."

Is this expected behavior?

@charles-niaid, could you let me know which property you attempted to update and the type of Elastic profile you're using?

I'm using the ECS elastic agent. I made the manual change to the Image property.
