Raycast like window summon anywhere, in any workspace.

Is there any way, that I can summon an app floating right where I am and toggle it on and off like raycast.
Like there is this app and I want to have a shortcut say 'ctrl-3', when i will press that, no matter where I am, it should summon it right there like raycast gets summoned and when i press 'ctrl-3' again, it should disappear it.

In my opinion, aerospace is a window manager, I guess it should be able to do that.

If I am wrong or if there is any other way to do that like using hammerspoon or any other way, kindly help me here.
