Difference between Chat Modes and Agent Modes for Github

Hello, nice project.

Because you have .github/chatmodes and .github/agents with the same name, I have duplicated entries in the "custom agents" section of the Chat, like the image

So it's confusing, because I don't know which I'm supposed to use and not sure if this is a bug or not.

I'm using latest Vscode 1.107.0-insider version btw
