Upgrade the Intake Agent to automatically process uploaded documents using the Document OCR MCP server (once implemented).
Acceptance Criteria
- Update Intake Agent persona to use document processing
- Auto-extract applicant information from uploaded documents
- Validate extracted data against application form
- Handle multiple document types (W2s, pay stubs, ID)
- Add confidence scoring for extracted data

- Modify agent persona to intelligently select document processing
- Add document type detection logic
