Forcing transit on first run

Hey,

I tried following the readme.md for adding GTFS feeds, but it would not load until I passed build_transit as Force. The import always skipped, leading to [INFO] Transit directory not found. Transit will not be added.

If this is intended, maybe you could update the readme. If it is not, I'm happy to learn what I am doing wrong.

Oops, just saw this. I'll transfer to upstream, as of today that's where this image lives.
