BREAKING: settings will throw errors with newest version

After #29 the settings are apparently not readable anymore, even though nothing obvious changed, it's still the same settings.ini path, same contents etc. Anyways, this will fix it:

• find the QGIS settings path, e.g. on Linx QGIS_SETTINGS_PATH=~/.local/share/QGIS/QGIS3/
• find the valhalla settings.ini which should be $QGIS_SETTINGS_PATH/profiles/default/valhalla/settings.ini (or another profile if you set one)
• remove that file and restart QGIS

Lately I've been using qgist workbench plugin, and I see a weird behavior of the routing panel - it is not at all affected by "save workbench", and for some reason disabled from the toolbars - and not appearing in the dockwidgets. I have a tendancy to believe it might be related, but yet again it might be a completly different bug

Huh, I never heard of Workbench before, sounds interesting on first glance! But then again, I'm 99.9% using QGIS for dev/debugging..

It might be that smth needs be explicitly registered with QGIS from the plugin side? This seems like a useful use case we should support, I'll open a dedicated ticket.
