• Write a new entry in changelog.markdown based on the commits since last release:

  E.g. https://github.com/nim-lang/nimble/compare/v0.9.0...master

  Change v0.9.0 to the last official release.

Bump the version

• In common.nim at the bottom
• In nimble.nimble
