I'm new to mriqc, and I'm running it through docker.

When I run the following command...

docker run -it --rm -v /home/nidb/input:/data:ro -v /home/nidb/output:/out nipreps/mriqc:latest /data /out participant

I get the following output.

Please, check out your currently set filters (--bids-filter-file was not set):

Based on another forum with a similar problem, I ran the following:

docker run -it --rm -v /home/nidb/input:/data:ro --entrypoint=find nipreps/mriqc:latest /data -type f

And got this output

It looks like it's not finding the BIDS data. Is the BIDS formatted correctly? If not, what would be the correct format?
