Nibabies outputs in 170k space (1.6mm resolution) #410

A short summary of what you would like to see in NiBabies.
I am trying to process BOLD data with 1.6mm resolution (7T) with NiBabies, using the 170k CIFI output space. According to my error message and a conversation with @madisoth, TemplateFlow currently does not have the appropriate templates to do this. Is this a feasible feature to implement?
