Add section to Framework page on affiliated projects #61

What would you like changed/added and why?
There are a few projects that aren't fully part of NiPreps but are kind of "affiliated" (i.e., we try to maintain compatibility, a similar coding style, etc., plus have a lot of collaboration between the packages) that I would love to mention in the Framework page, for mostly selfish reasons. These include ASLPrep (which I consider a NiPreps projects- just located under the PennLINC organization), QSIPrep/QSIRecon, and XCP-D. I'm sure there are other BIDS Apps that would fall under this umbrella as well.
