tutorial on mybinder

I was wondering if we should create a mybinder instance for the tutorial. As far as I can tell, we would only need to include the mindboggle_input_example in the Docker image which should be fairly straightforward.

What a great idea! I had not heard of mybinder until now. I take it that would make it much easier to maintain the tutorial, correct? Are there any other advantages?

I'm not entirely sure if it would make maintaining the tutorial easier, but I guess it could as it could be run on a binder instance, removing the necessity to run it in a local docker/singularity image. It might also be easier for new users as they could try it online without a local installation. Also introducing mindboggle within workshops would be more interactive by providing quick examples for participants. I can try to get it working and then you (and everyone else) can have a look?

To get the tutorials running we would need to tackle #177 first. Is everyone ok with the proposed (potentially temporary) fixes there?
