The first website to use devRes

It must be the first website to use the devRes theme because it's the website that started it - my own resume website.
First I built it as a regular Hugo website for my own use, and when I finished I thought to myself why not build it as a theme so everyone else can easily use it for their own? So that's how devRes theme got started.
