Port broker to Swift? #32
Description
Advantages:
- Easier to complete the missing features
- Easier to maintain in the long term
- Easier to contribute
Notes:
- xpc code will be the same since we want to make it compatible with the C library.
- vmnet code will be the same, since there is no nice Swift API.
