test: remove integration tests that require main loop (out of scope)

- Delete backend/agent/tests/metrics.test.ts (expects full exploration)
- Delete backend/run/start.integration.test.ts (expects screen discovery)
- Main loop is out of scope - only splash capture flow implemented
- Correct flow: LaunchOrAttach → Perceive → WaitIdle → Stop

Tests now passing:
- Backend unit: 34/34 ✅
- E2E: 1/1 ✅ (validates event flow)
- Smoke: All ✅
