Enable DNS zones or another appropriate mechanism to validate/create DNS records and issue certificates and configure a custom domain.
Value
Enables deployment of production websites/routes using a preferred custom domain, without additional post-deployment steps

Configure a custom domain post-deployment.

Already implemented for GCP, which can be used as a reference design for Azure.
