Coordination Clarification

TL;DR: Checking in on coordination and next steps. Also wondering if we’re fully async or planning any meetings.

Hey everyone, I hope you are doing well 😊

I wanted to check in about how we’re coordinating going forward. I’ve seen some great discussions starting up, but it feels like a few of us (myself included) are still waiting for a bit more direction on where to jump in.

From my side, I'm particularly interested in contributing more to the documentation. Probably there are also some Nitro-ecosystem things, like dedicated CLI, I'm also willing to help with.

I do wonder if maybe I’m asking too soon and everything will become clearer in the next few days, but I thought it’d be good to check in just in case. Also, do we know if we’ll be working completely async, or are we planning any calls/meetings to sync up? I’m fine with either, just want to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Pi0 is working out a proper plan so far as I understood it, please hold on for updates soon, we are all anxious and excited!
I have faith things will tie in well.
