Is it possible to define custom Post-Profile activation scripts?

I have two systems that run CachyOS (Arch Linux derivative). For those I want a set of packages to be installed via pacman instead.

I already filter out these packages from home.packages and replace them with a dummy script.

I was wondering if i can write some kind of hook that calls into pacman.
